Because all items are made to order, cancellations or order changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • International: 5–15 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help investigate the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing selections

  • buyer’s remorse

  • change of mind

Who covers return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help make it right.

What if tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please first check around your property, with neighbors, or with household members. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us for additional support.

How do your products fit?

Most products fit true to size unless stated otherwise on the product page.

For a more oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

How should I wash my garments?

For best results:

  • Wash cold, inside out

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or air dry

  • Avoid ironing directly over printed areas
