Returns

At Remain True, we stand behind the quality of every custom piece we create. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we handle returns and replacements with the following guidelines to protect both our craftsmanship and your satisfaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size due to a printing error, we will make it right at absolutely no cost to you.

  • What to do: Email us at hello@remaintrue.co within 14 days of delivery.

  • What to include: Please provide your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or printing error.

  • The Resolution: Once verified, we will rush a brand-new replacement to you or issue a full refund. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.

Buyer's Remorse & Sizing Exchanges

Because every item at Remain True is custom-printed on demand at the time of purchase, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the incorrect size.

We highly encourage you to review our size charts on each product page before finalizing your order. If you are deeply unhappy with your choice, contact us at hello@remaintrue.co—while we cannot offer a free return, we love our community and always handle unique situations on a case-by-case basis to see how we can help.

Authorized Returns 

For any authorized returns, we operate a 14-day window:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in the exact condition you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • CRITICAL: Do not send your item back to the address listed on your shipping package. Printful facilities cannot process inventory returns, and your item will be lost. We will provide you with the correct return mailing address upon approval.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our designated facility.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Customized or personalized text products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will email you to notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
